Beta Carotene: This antioxidant increases cellular regeneration and prevents pre-mature aging of the skin. It can be found in carrots, apricots, and squash.

Essential Fatty Acids: These nutrients help to maintain proper function of all tissues and they aid in the repair of tissues. Primrose oil, flaxseed oil, and organic cold pressed extra virgin olive oil are good sources of essential fatty acids.
